October 26, 2021 We have decided to begin our SOUG meetings at 5:00pm EST instead of 4:30pm EST in hopes more people can join us. Join us tomorrow, October 26th at 5:00pm - 7:00 pm EST to discuss options for running your Oracle Workloads on AWS! This month Tim Sylvester, the Field Chief Technology Officer & Glenn Rowe the Solutions Architect at Effectual will be explaining how enterprises who want to modernize technology can save money by using AWS when building new applications and retiring legacy solutions. Their presentation will cover the benefits of planning your cloud migration and deploying your enterprise solutions in AWS. We are excited to have Tim and Glenn from Effectual as this month's speakers. As Field Chief Technology Officer, Tim drives technical engagement and credibility with customers, and he holds multiple certifications in AWS Cloud, Security, Application Development and Product Management. Glenn holds nearly 30 years of experience and has a holistic understanding of the enterprise landscape, which helps him guide clients with strategy and execution of cloud initiatives. He has served in Cloud Architect, Solutions Architect, Enterprise Consultant, and Delivery Executive roles for Global and Fortune 500 companies such as Lockheed Martin, TD Bank, and NTT Data.
