January 21, 2019 In a special off-cycle event, Oracle's North America Users Group Liason, Wincy Ip, will be bringing one of Oracle's international road shows to the Tampa Bay area. Low Code and No Code are all the rage in development these days, and this month we're going to learn what all the fuss is about. Joel R. Kallman, Oracle's Senior Director of Software Development for Oracle Application Express (APEX) will be joining us for a hands on lab. Bring your laptop and in a few short hours you'll walk out with a working software development environment and the knowledge to use it to develop database applications.
