At this past OpenWorld, Oracle announced Enterprise Manager 12c. This month, Alaa Shaaban will be joining us to discuss the systems management challenges facing corporations today. Alaa will focus on time to resolution and protecting business presence while hitting the following highlights:

Alaa Shaaban is a Senior Practice Director with Oracle's Advanced Consulting Services division. Alaa has spent many years providing consulting services to many of Oracle's largest customers across the globe. Most recently, he has been concentrating on assisting Oracle's customers with their Exadata implementations.
