August 28, 2008 Chuck Egerter and the good folks at Eagle Business Solutions are sponsoring this month's presentation. Maryann has recently joined Eagle and will be our featured speaker this evening. In an interactive show and tell session with Oracle OEM focusing on maximizing performance, SOUG members will not only get to see a live demo of OEM, they will have the opportunity for a hands on test drive after the presentation. During the presentation, SOUG members who are using OEM will have the opportunity to share how they use OEM in their own environments. At the end of the presentation and discussion, the group will vote for the member with the most productive use of OEM. The winner will get a Magellan RoadMate GPS system! (must be present to win) Maryann is a seasoned Oracle IT veteran and has experience working in many different industries including Financial Services, Health Care, Grocery/Food Distribution and Retail, the Department of the Navy, and Nuclear Engineering. She also has expertise in disaster recovery and database security across multiple database platforms. Her strong managerial and PM skills have served the SOUG well, as she was the founding President.
