November 08, 2007 Note that this month's meeting is on the second Thursday instead of the fourth Thursday due to Thanksgiving holidays. In recent years, the volume of data being maintained in corporate systems has mushroomed in leaps and bounds. ILM is a means of better aligning the business value of the data with the most appropriate and cost effective IT infrastructure. Farhan will be addressing various ILM topics, including: understanding data growth trends, establishing a Data Retention policy, defining Business Rules, etc. Farhan is a Senior Systems Engineer for Applimation, an industry leader in Information Lifecycle Management technology.
