March 25, 2004 Joel Patterson will be presenting A Manual Upgrade to Oracle 9 at our next meeting. Joel is an Oracle DBA focusing on the implementation of Oracle 9i technology to provide hands-off reliability of database availability, as well as in the applications being developed against the database. Strengths include security, database moves, data transfers, and relational database design, development and implementation with more than eight years of practical experience and teaching.
